License Notifications Issue

We have moved to a support ticketing system and our forums are now closed.

    Notes from the programmer:

    As far as I can tell, the notification payment systems are working, but the auto updater thinks that their license is invalid.

    Maybe your account only allows for one upgrade for free?

    Here’s the screenshot again.

    Note:

    1. the plugins ARE WORKING to my knowledge.

    2. The license appears to be good, since they are working

    3. The auto updater is working

    4. we are still getting an error

    Note that if you give them access, they will likely answer based upon the standards of their plugin only, and not really consider the other plugins that we absolutely do need, so shutting something off to make it work is NOT an option.

    Note also that this issue is solely the notification system, nothing else.

    I tested with some other license key, and there is no problem at all.
