Send Enquiry link is looping and disappears

    Hi guys,
    Clicking Send Enquiry link is looping and disappears after a while

    Any idea what could be causing this?

    However, the Send to Friend link work great

    Hi Alphonso,

    This could be a 3rd party plugin conflicting with GD. Could you please try deactivating all non-gd plugins and see if it works correctly? If it works, you should be able to identify which plugin that is causing this issue.

    Hi Kor,
    Sounds good. But before I go down that route please can you check 1 thing.

    On the same page:
    Send to Friend link – Works!
    Send Enquiry link – Does Not Work.

    I am assuming that they are both using the same mechanism to function. If one works and the other doesn’t could it be something else other than a conflicting plugin issue?

    Hello!

    This appears to happen with listings under your ‘Deals’ menu also.

    How to find the issue:
    1. Deactivate non-GD plugins one by one to see if the send enquiry functionality is restored.
    2. Deactivate any snippets that apply to the detail page to see if that works.

    Now that you are pretty far down the road with your custom code, looking at your own code first is a good place to start.
