    I have an issue where Page Tabs are not displaying in the tab area.

    Listings do not display the ‘Related Listings’ and an ‘additional’ (created with code) Page Tabs. As far as I know, these tabs had been displaying properly since creation.

    If I go into the Listing and change the category, and save, the tabs now display.

    However, if I subsequently go in and edit any other field, including the category back to what it was, upon save, the page tabs are now gone again.

    I’ve double checked the Page tabs are part of the Package.

    I’ve done this more than a dozen times across multiple categories with the same result.

    Of note, if I also place that ‘additional’ field to display in the Listing sidebar, it *does* work (even after edit). It seems to just be the Page Tabs.

    Any ideas?

    Thanks.

    Hello,

    Have you customized the output of the detail page?

    Does disabling your customization restore the functionality?

    Hi Alex,

    1) if you mean like in templates>listing-detail.php no changes
    or if in design>detail tab in settings no changes

    2) the customization I spoke of is:

    add_filter('geodir_tab_show_geodir_association','my_enable_shortcodes_on_field',10,2);
    function my_enable_shortcodes_on_field($html, $variables_array){
       return apply_filters('the_content', $html);
    }

    which allows shortcode to work in a pagetab called ‘association’

    But it is not only the ‘association’ tab that is not working (although it has worked for a year+), the Related Listings tab does not show (even though it is set to show on that package level).

    And it doesn’t explain why if I go in and edit the listing to change the category, it works, then to not work again upon any other edit.

    We would be happy to take a look at your settings to see if we can find the problem.

    As with your other thread, it would help to be able to disable all the customizations to make sure the core functionality is working as designed. Any help with that would be appreciated. It would also help if it is a staging/test site.

    So the same issue that was happening over here was the cause of this issue as well.

    Plugin conflict (Woocommerce Booster setting) that ignored the OFF setting of selectively loaded plugins.

    Thanks.
