Originally I emailed for a refund request but as everything is public around here…..
Yes it’s outside the 30 days. I spent a weekend on it, was too hard so gave up.Months later I figured I’d paid for it so deserves another try…
Disappointed!!! I can’t submit private support requests, even though I pay for premium support. May not bother most but I’m a very private person, I don’t post publicly (yep very rarely, even on facebook) and I certainly don’t want everyone seeing my posts and how many replies I’ve made.
I pay $5 a month for hosting and they provide private support….what are you providing again?
I pay a one off $200 fee for my theme includes updates and private support. You charge $200 a year and what are you providing again? That’s right, that’s not a good business model lol
It’s disgraceful but inspirational at the same time…how you can be charging what you do and providing what you do!!! I’m…..without words!!!
I got told to hire a developer if I wanted to submit a private support request….isn’t that what I pay over $200 a year for? I was gobsmacked!!!! I wasn’t asking how to re-design the plugin…I was asking for a private way to ask for general support with YOUR plugin.
The service was sold with ‘Premium Support’ and that’s not what you offer, so I’m entitled to my refund please as the product or service is not as advertised!!!!
