    Hello,

    I am unable to access the Dashboard.

    Have you configured all the options? Is this for Paypal Pro or Standard?

    If Pro, did you submit the correct ITN URL? Is the URL accessible to Paypal?

    What does your history for the URL in Paypal say?

    Hi Alex,

    hm – not sure why you are unable to access to the site.
    Well, as we use on our page still the old payment manager (combined with a customized invoice addon) we use the standard paypal method.

    I clicked also now “trouble shoot” button to may solve the issue.

    Please advice where to find the log for paypal transactions.

    Oh, ok then, well, please upgrade the Payment Manager and the gateway. If you still have issues, let us know.
