    Dear friends,

I have multilocations and the main city is Madrid (Spain).
I would like the homepage map be centered in Madrid with a zoom to see whole Spain.
    How can I do this?

    Thanks in advance, Pedro

    Hi Pedro,

Thanks for your post. Unfortunately, you can’t control the map location by default, but you can adjust the zoom level as shown in the attached screenshot.

    Hi Kor,

It’s a pitty. Do you think it will be possible in future versions of Geodirectory?

    Thnks,

    Pedro

    Hello Pedro,

what @kor said is correct, and there may be a set-of-settings that could help.

First, make sure the default location is set to the city where you want the map centered.
Then, you can adjust the advanced search redirect settings so the user will be redirected to the default location.

See also the 3rd point here: https://wpgeodirectory.com/docs/search-filters-overview/#redirect

We are reviewing additional ideas about maps for future versions, definitely. Let me ask if: if the home page map was centered on Barcelona, would there then be ‘another’ map widget that would show up on locations pages?
