    Hi,

I have iframe elements and shortcodes in my listings, when Review Your Listing is pressed the resulting page does not display them correctly. They’re fine once ‘Update Now’ is pressed but my subscribers will think they have issues and may pull out of the transaction. Is there a way to rectify this or if not is there a way to skip review my listing and update directly from the add listing page?

    Thanks in advance

    Hi Mark,

Thanks for your post. Could you show us some examples? Perhaps some links or screenshots?

    Thanks!

    Hello,

there is not a way to update directly from the listing page.

You could hide elements on the preview with CSS.

    Hi, screenshots attached.

I can’t hide elements because it will have the same results, people will think their listing isn’t working and they’ll leave.

Thanks in advance for taking a look

OK, we will need to take a look at a page with those elements.

Please send over a link to a listing and the WP Admin credentials for the listing owner so we can look into the issue.

    Thanks

Ah! Your custom header video. Very nice.

This looks like an issue of how your matterport iframe is ‘reading’ it’s own location. It is apparently trying to show a mobile view of the content, along with several other features of the iframe embed.

You could try adjusting the CSS of the box to see if you can untrick it into a desktop view, but this appears to be related to the Matterport embed, not GD.
