Hello,

Sorry in advance for asking a very basic question. I’ve been trying to adjust the widgets on certain GD pages. I see that there are options for “GD Home” and “GD Detail”, and these work. Where are the “GD Listing”, “GD Search” and “GD Author” pages? Do I need to create them with a shortcode or should GD have done this automatically?

Hi Alex,

Thanks for your post. You can choose to enable widget areas using the options as explained in this section of the documentation. https://wpgeodirectory.com/docs/core-design/#home . The GD detail, listings, search and author uses the same option. Then, go to Appearance > Widget as shown in the attached to organize your widgets.
