We have two admins. One is me.
I would like to be the ONLY person allowed to change Price Packages — or to PUBLISH that listing with that price package.
The other admin (courtesy title) finally understands how to edit a listing — but only understands backend editing.
Not a computer literate person — now understands THAT backend method. Do NOT want to re-teach even a slight difference.
In order to prevent changing price package and actually publishing that changed price package listing — what User Role should I use?
It would work fine if I could just remove the ability to PUBLISH when one clicks on the update button.
i.e., he can change the package, if he just can’t save it. And it would continue to display as whatever the prior price package was approved as.
What role should I assign him? This would prevent many headaches for me. Could you give me your opinion?
Know this is confusing. Sorry about that!
