    Please is there any feature to use to offer good customer services on my website such that when Listing owners have issues such as after making payment they want help to setup their listing (writeups, images & video uploads, arrangements of stuff etc).

    Can they submit or send their payment details and account information onto this customer service module or section and attach their Listing information to be setup on their behalf?.

    This features will be very important and beneficial since some potential customers may be very ICT illiterate.

    You can use any contact email plugin for that, like https://wordpress.org/plugins/ninja-forms/ or https://wordpress.org/plugins/awesome-support/ – there are probably some others too.
