PayPal Subscription without PayPal

    My customer was just trying to pay for a listing a subscription payment and when they got to PayPal there was not a way to complete the payment without joining PayPal. Is there a way for people to join and pay a subscription fee without having to use PayPal or any Gateway, just using their credit card without having to join PayPal?
