Navigation Padding

    I tried changing the padding around the navigation drop down using CSS. But, it was changing the navigation padding also. I only want to decrease the padding/height of the drop down.

    Right now (see attached) each item in the drop down menu has too much space above and below it. What can I do to only adjust that?

    The location switcher also has way too much padding at the top and bottom. And the location switcher side padding is too tight. Can someone help me fix this as well?

    I’m using supreme theme. VeganLinked.com.

    This is the same CSS I found/tried by inspecting the page. The problem is that it adjusts the entire navigation not “just” the drop down line height.
    

    See, when changing this CSS it moves the navigation menu items to close to the top and out of alignment with the logo. I like the navigation set at 61px. I want “only the drop down items” to have less space.
