Hello. I renewed under the discount option. Did my keys change and where would they be located. My current key is not working. Please help. urgent.

Thank you kor.. actually since all the other plugs are working this is now a low priority. I am not as of yet using advanced search feature. Thank you for your prompt response.

If you purchased a new subscription then yes, the keys will change. If it was just a renewal then the keys will stay the same.
