2- can I add some lists as an ad like the attached photo?
Do you mean the listings itself, which seems like a paid placement? It is possible to allow your users to ‘upgrade’ to a different price package that gives them access to additional categories, which can then give them placement in new widgets. 3- can I make my site is only for the registered user? and every one when coming to the site automatic going to the login page?
GeoDirectory is not a ‘membership’ plugin, and does not have role manager or access control capabilities. You will need another plugin like ‘members’ to do that. https://wordpress.org/plugins/members/
4- I need to make a mobile app for my website, but not web view app, like Yelp app. how can I do it?

Do you mean the send enquiry form? That will send an email to the email of the listing, the email value in the email field of the listing. If you are having email delivery issues you can see: https://wpgeodirectory.com/docs-v2/integrations/email/
