Within the last 2 weeks, I’ve opened 2 support tickets and never heard from you guys. In this portal, I found no way to track my open tickets, I’m wondering why. I can only track the ones with a reply. Please help me understand what am I supposed to do when support is promised and tickets are ignored? I’m reporting this again here addressing both tickets within this one ticket:

The CSS sent to me never really worked. Since this is your theme I’m asking you for help. Plz, see the attached images on the ticket image. The same thing is still happening. Here is the site link:

Yes, we have a lot of custom fields and we need them to show up correctly and not go under the map.
Here is the second issue:
Please see the attached image. On the Add Listing page, all the custom field checkboxes show up in one long column. Need your help to make them show up in 3 columns which makes the view better. Can you plz help. Plz at least leave some reply so that this ticket can be tracked. And plz let me know how to track my open tickets so that I can at least use them as the reference in the future.
