Places in little towns

    Dear friends,

    I’m using GeoDirectory for places like archaelogical sites and they usually are in little towns.
    When I want to add a new place in GeoDirectory, if it is in a big city, you start to write and quickly appears the Country, Region and City, but when you want to add a little town, the app doesn´t recognize it and you have to set up a new place in the settings of the plugin. This is very bad for me, I leave a lot of time with this.
    Is it any easy way to find little towns automatically?

    Hi Pedro,

    Thanks for your post. Since GD uses Google map, are you able to search for the town using the map from Google here? https://www.google.com/maps . If it shows up there, then you show be able to add it in GD.

    Dear Kor:
    Of course, I find the places in google maps, even they are listed there and Geolocalised.
    The problem is in the backend of Geodirectory. When I fill the Country, it appears automatically, but Geodirectory didn’t find the Region and city automatically and I have to add it manually in the settings of GD.
    It’s not easy to explain.

    I was able to use autocomplete for Caballar for example.

    We can check your settings. Just make a reply with your WP Admin credentials so we can take a look.

    Ah, yes, the backend editor is being influenced by another plugin. When a place is searched and selected in the address field the other fields are not populating because of a conflict with another plugin.

    Please try disabling non-GD plugins to find the one causing the issue.
