Hello again GD!
I’ve been doing some testing with fee & paid listings. My free listings are being published when I hit the Publish listing button. All good. Yay!
However, when I hit the Pay & Publish button for a paid listing (either via Paypal or Stripe), payment goes through & the listings go to draft. 🙁
Yes, I DO have the Publish setting on! See pics.
GD > Design > Listings > New listing default status = Publish. Can you please look into it?
Thank you so much!
KrisThank you.

Because the listing says the payment was not completed.
And you are using recurring every day, try setting that a bit longer, and make sure that PayPal or Stripe are accepted and taking out the money.July 28, 2015 at 10:14 pm #47351Yes Guust! Here’s proof!
2 payments from Stripe. 2 Payments from Paypal.
I suspect you guys all think I’m batsh*t crazy!
LOL. 🙂July 29, 2015 at 9:53 am #47377I have changed the Paypal settings because they were not correct.
I cannot see anything wrong with the Stripe settings.
I’ll get Stiofan to look too.July 29, 2015 at 1:00 pm #47413This reply has been marked as private.July 29, 2015 at 5:45 pm #47441Hi again 🙂
The setting guust put in are correct, the examples are just there if you were using a different IPN processor.
As for stripe please see the settings under “Webhooks URL” you need to enable it in stripe:
You must set this in your stripe account to match the value above, in stripe see Your Account>AccountSettings>Webhooks
You need to set the value in stript to the value u have in that field.
Let us know how u get on.

July 29, 2015 at 7:23 pm #47454I tried a test listing (Test6) with Paypal using the exact settings Guust put in (as were seen in the last pic I sent in this thread). I never touched a thing! I received an error message from Paypal when trying to check out. See pic 1. So checkout never occurred & no payment received. However, I also received an email saying my listing Test6 was PUBLISHED! It of course, isn’t published but it is in DRAFT.
Next, I tried test listing (Test7) for Stripe. I created another webhook (now I realize the last one said test…my bad…and the webhook it created is simply my URL (See pic 2). The payment went through and can be seen in my Stripe account. However, the listing is still in DRAFT (See Pic 3).
Keep in mind that I am testing in LIVE mode, not test mode. I created a test Price package of $1.00/day for 3 days, simply so I don’t lose a lot of money in fees testing in live mode…and so I only have to wait a day to see if the recurring payments are working.
I was planning on launching my Site no later than Aug 1st. so I hope we can get things working by then.
Also, any updates on this issue with the Jpeg files?

It is very much appreciated.Kris

I think we’re having a bit of a miscommunication breakdown.
ANyhoo…we’re OK for Paypal now.
— Listings paid via Paypal are now being published – YAY! A small victory! For Stripe, What you added to the webhook is EXACTLY what I had in there in the very first place. Then you asked me to change it he other day, so I went into my Stripe account, created a new webhook and received only my email address back on the form and entered that the 2nd time. Now you have the same initial webhook back in there again. I’m confuzzled!
Based on what you changed, and told me not to change, listings paid via STRIPE are still being sent to DRAFT.
I do appreciate you keeping up with me.
July 31, 2015 at 9:29 am #47633Yay PayPal works 🙂
ok in this picture: https://wpgeodirectory.com/wp-content/uploads/2015/07/Pic2.png
Both live and test need to be set to what the test value is and all should be good 🙂
