    Hi,

I’ve been testing our website http://www.welovekohtao.com, logging in and creating an account by ‘jo public’ but I’m not receiving an email with the issued password as you should do from Geo. I’ve waited a while now for the 2 tests to come through on my email but nothing. I have also checked junk etc. Nothing.
Log in password emails are being recieved fine on our other website http://www.welovekohphangan.com

Any idea what the problem may be as the settings on both websites are the same?

    Thanks

    Hi,

have you checked your spam folder? The best thing would be to ask to your server admin to check the mail server log and see if there is any anomaly.

    Let us know,

    Thanks

As I said in my original message, I had already checked spam/junk folder and nothing.
We are receiving the BCC emails to our domain address, but just not to the customers email which is an account with Hotmail. Any other suggestions?
I will contact our server admin and see what they say also.

I have tried the above using an alternative email address (not Hotmail) and it works fine. Must be something to do with Hotmail allowing certain emails through but not others.
I’ll add a note to website users for info.

Thanks. You can close the ticket.

    Hi,

we have been having a lot of troubles with hotmail email addresses too on this website.

We changed to WP Mandrill to make them handle our outgoing emails to see if the problem would be solved. It was reduced, but it persists.

Same goes with some yahoo.com and aol.com emails, fewer but still.

Just wanted to let you know,

    Thanks
