    Sorry- me again!

Having downgraded back to V1 after an unsuccessful conversion- everything is functioning except two issues on the site.

    1. If you click ‘Find a Yard’ or a link to any of the listings, it returns “Not found, Error 404”. All the listings are there (showing on the database and you can see results if you do a search) but none of the links to the actual yards is functioning, nor the ‘Find a Yard’ page- all return the same error message so at the moment no listings on the site can be viewed.

    2. People can complete the process to add their yard and view checkout but when they go through to PayPal they get a message returned “Things don’t appear to be working at the moment. Please try again later.” It was apparent this was already an issue prior to the unsuccessful conversion. I installed Woocommerce last week, then changed my mind and removed the plugins BUT I’d not fully completed the installation so nothing should have changed on the payment gateway to affect PayPal (people were subsequently making payments without issue until a day or two ago). Any idea what this may be?

    Many thanks

Thanks Alex, the yards can now be viewed normally.

The checkout works to that stage, but it is when you click either the link to PayPal or the link to pay via PayPal on that page that it says there is an issue. Same error response as above (see attached image). It doesn’t seem to be an issue with my PP account as recurring payments are still being taken.

    Thanks

Thanks for looking into this. I’ve checked my PayPal account and nothing seems amiss, no encryption on and nothing changed on the account recently or prior to this issue.

However, when I’ve just turned off testing, re-entered the same account email address and saved, I have then tested and it seems to be working fine. Perhaps it was a PayPal issue. Thanks for sorting it anyway.

For the sandbox, you have to create a new account on sandbox.paypal.com using your original account at paypal.com. You can get more idea from here: https://developer.paypal.com/docs/classic/lifecycle/sb_create-accounts/

    Regards,
