Event Schedule Missing for Events>Add New

I am converting from GD V1 to GD V2 on a test site.

For both V1 and V2, I have the addons Events, Location Manager, and Re-Captcha.

On my site that uses V1, for Events > Add New, there is a section called “Event Schedule”.

On the test site that uses V2, the “Event Schedule” section is missing. (see attached screen shots)

What changes do I need to make in order to retrieve the Event Schedule section for V2?
