Locked myself out of my website after adding capture keys

Hi Guys
I am hoping you can help me I have made an amateur mistake.
I put a recapture keys into my website and since i pressed save I have locked myself out of the admin.
I don’t know what I have done but I’ve done it can you tell me how I can reverse this?
The reason I asked is because the new V2 asked me for it.

Hi Glenn,

Thanks for your post. Kindly try logging in to your server using FTP and rename the “recapture keys” plugin. If you’re not sure how kindly share your Website WP admin access and FTP access here in private reply.
