Hello! Look, please, am I doing something wrong? I can’t run Maps API Open Street Map and Google Geocoding API Key simultaneously.

All seem to work fine for me.
What is it that you think is not working correctly?
All listings use OSM, geolocation works …
Can you let us know? Thanks

Look at the screenshot, please. It shows that the geolocation search is performed by OSM, not Google.

I understand correctly that in the task we’re looking at, the list offering location options should look like on another screenshot (with the signature “powered by Google”)?

You have selected to use OSM for all functions except GeoCoding [which is for importing listings only] and timezone services.
Maps and autocomplete of addresses is either Google or OSM, that cannot be both.
The function in your screenshots is not geolocation but autocomplete.
Geolocation is for locating the location of your visitors for the “Near me” option.
Let me know if I misunderstanding your question.
    Thanks

Guust, thank you for answering in detail. Actually, I don’t quite understand what Google Geocoding API Key is for.

A geocoding key is only necessary if you want to import listings without latitude and longitude coordinates using a CSV file.

    Thanks

No, I don’t need to import listings. I was hoping I could optimize the cost of using Google’s paid services. I thought it was possible to use Google during the creation of the listing (in the admin part of the website editor and in the public part of the website by the user himself) to find the address to be specified in the listing. And I was hoping that the maps in the public part of the site could be run using OSM. I wanted it to work because in OSM autofill offers very poor results.

This is very important for sites where users are the authors of listings, it should be easy for them to find addresses by autofill at the moment they create their listing. But because of the new Google API tariffs, it may not be profitable to use Google’s API for all the functions of the project.

    Is that possible?

Autocomplete of addresses and map displays have to use the same system.
    Thanks
