Hi, is usersWP compatible with s2Member? I use s2member and want to know if can use usersWP along with it if possible.

Yes, that’s possible. I suggest you keep the process of registration and login separate and use UsersWP for that.
Allow logged-in users to upgrade their membership with s2member.
