Using GDV2 With Whoops theme, I have a directory for businesses and it has large number of listings all set to admin as listing owner, as of now i am not using Price & payments addon, I am using claim listing as an option for users to claim listings with the settings(Auto approve via email verification?).
I noticed the emails are sent to user who claims the listing not to the email which is associated with listing. My situation is similar to below post, The thing is if we auto approve it then a competitor of a business can also claim the listing and make changes.

Is it good to change the function? I mean is it gonna make a conflicts with other functions if we send emails to associated mail ID?, Please advise
What I think, there could be improvements but it might get complicated in this if we send the email to the associated Email ID which authorize the user to get editing rights of listing. Please advise if we can do that.
