Short description (short version?!?) in Listings

    Hi, i installed a new fresh V2 today with supreme theme … and look now for an option to display only the short descrition (short text under the picture) on the listing page. I found one in wp preferences but if i take this option there is no impact in front end (maybe the theme overwrite this?).
    In thr front end still display the full text with fade out and read more link.
    Where i can do this?
    Attached the option in wp preferences “reading”.

    Thanks for your post. You need to edit the Archive Item Template https://wpgeodirectory.com/docs-v2/templates/archive-item/ and adjust the “gd_post_content” shortcode.
