Image error and home page link isn't working

Hello all,

I have two issues that I am trying to troubleshoot.
Issue #1: The link for my first review isn’t working. When you hover above the title link, the text changes color but it doesn’t direct you to the page when you click on it. I thought it maybe with a single review, however, I’ve created several new reviews and it never works for the first review shown. I can navigate to any review after the first and it will work fine and navigates to the page. Screenshot attached.

Issue #2: I am adding a rating using the number counter but it’s changing the layout of every image on the page when I publish the changes. I assumed this was due to the animation of the number counter so I changed the settings on the module so it wouldn’t animate but the error still occurs. Have any other users encountered this and have they come up with a work around? I am using the “reviews” section for people that can add their own reviews to the listings but I want to add my own which is why I’m trying to add the number counter. Screenshots also attached.
