    Hello,

    I would like the categories to be beside each other in 2 columns or 3 if possible. Currently it only goes down with one column.

    Try this CSS, adjust as required:

    @media only screen and (max-width: 400px) {
    .geodir-categories-container ul {display: inline-block; width: 49%; min-width: initial;}
    .geodir-categories-container ul li a {font-size: 10px;}
    }

    For any other CSS tweaks, review https://wpgeodirectory.com/docs/customizing-your-style/ or seek assistance from a developer.

    Thanks

    Thanks. I certainly will. And just one more thing. How do I hide the count in that custom code?

    Have a look at the GD>Categories settings. There is an option to hide the count.
    If you are using the shortcode, that would add

    hide_count="1"

    Thanks

    Would it look like this?

    @media only screen and (max-width: 500px) {
    .geodir-categories-container ul {display: inline-block; width: 49%; min-width: initial;}
    .geodir-categories-container ul li a {font-size: 10px;}
    {display:hide_count=1;}
    }

    For some reason that doesn’t work

    The code I gave was to for the shortcode, not for CSS.
    For example

    [gd_categories post_type="0" max_level="1" max_count="all" max_count_child="all" title_tag="h4" sort_by="count hide_count="1"]

    Please use the shortcode builder to get the correct result.
