Optgroup Spacing Question

Hi,

I’m sure I’m not using the Optgroup option within Custom Fields the way it’s supposed to be used, but I noticed that when I put the optgroup tags around my option values, they appear within my details page horizontally (which I prefer) as opposed to vertically, which is how they’re displayed when I don’t use the Optgroup tags. My question is, how do I get my option values to display with a space? So currently this:
```
{optgroup}Cricket, Football, Hockey{/optgroup}
```
displays as: Cricket,Football,Hockey. I’d like them to display like this: Cricket, Football, Hockey.

Silly little thing but any help would be greatly appreciated.
