Place icon not showing in map once published

when i add the address the icon shows ok in correct position on map

but when i update the icon is not showing in map

the icons area all there ok apart from the two new places added

and on the front of the site they are not showing on the right hand side menu

There are no icons at all for any of the categories yet:

Use the tool Paolo linked to, or re-upload the images for the categories.
