    Dear Sirs
    This is a feature I am interested in. If someone can develop it at a modest cost, please let me know.

    I need a sort of email/communication management system.
    Send Enquiry
    Communication will be one to one and threaded:
    Listing Owners receive an email from the website
    With some User request data
    Name (No telephone and/or email)
    Event date,
    kind of event and # of seats,
    message
    + a button to answer trough the website (listing owners will be redirected to the Directory website, log into, and redirected to the request section and specific message.
    Then he can answer by writing a message in a box
    And uploading a file (menu etc.).

    – Message should have status like
    read,
    unread,
    waiting (read but for a reply),
    rejected,
    archived

    Any help/suggestions will be REALLY appreciated
