Homepage Map Widget / listings display

    I have searched the forums and documentation, but can’t figure these out:
    1) I have activated the GD Map – Home Page widget in the GD Home Page top section, and designated http://www.globaltwincities.com/geodirectory/ as the GD Home Page, but the map does not appear. What am I doing wrong?
    2) My listings pages all show five listings per page, which leaves a blank space at the bottom right- see, for example: http://www.globaltwincities.com/places/houses-of-worship/. How can I adjust the settings so that I can show more listings per page, or at least have all of the rows on each page full?

    Hi,

    did you check any of the options in GeoDirectory >> Design >> Map >> Show / hide post type and category on map? If not, we’ll need admin credentials to have a look. You can set a reply as private so only moderators can read it.

    For the second question, you can increase the number of posts in Settings >> Reading >> Blog pages show at most. (now you have 5)

    Or you change the disply to list view in GeoDirectory >> Design >> Listings >> Listing content section view. (now you have grid 3 columns).

    But I don’t want the GeoDirectory Homepage to be my website’s home page! I want to keep my original WP Homepage as my main homepage. I thought I could have a separate GD Homepage at http://www.globaltwincities.com/geodirectory.

    Sorry, I am a bit lost now.
    So you want your latest posts to be on the homepage, and have not have the normal directory page (/location) as the directory start page?
    In that case you need to choose Location as the directory start page.

    Let’s wait for Paolo to confirm that too.

    Thanks – it turns out that all I needed to do was to add /location to my primary menu, but change the Navigation Label to “Directory.”
