    Hi Kor,

Thank you very much for this snippet, it’s very close to being there, however it looks like some of the snippets for the listings don’t have a “Read More” link. Is there any way to amend this, maybe such as limiting the amount of characters in the excerpt? I have checked the elementor widget though and I can’t see a setting for this.

    Many Thanks,
    Andrew

    Hi both,

Thank you for getting back to me and sorry for the delay in me getting back to you. The page this appears on is http://elonexdev.wpengine.com/screens/, and the website is using Elementor, so it’s using widgets instead of shortcode to display the listings. I have tried the css but it doesn’t have any effect.

Also, I have a slight amendment on my query:
Is it possible to remove the fade on the listing description excerpt where it displays the excerpt and then has a link saying “Read More” after the excerpt instead? I would prefer the listings to look like perhaps a block of text ending in ellipsis, with the Read More Link underneath, instead of the link being above the fade and the text fading out, as it gives the impression that when you click “Read More” it will display more of the excerpt, instead of taking the user to the listing.

    Many Thanks,
    Andrew

Sorry, in my last response I attached a csv which still had errors, I’ve attached the correct csv in this response now. However, I have tried importing this csv, but it is still showing the errors from before.

    Many Thanks,
    Andrew

    Hi Kor,

Thanks for looking into this, it looks like it was because the post_address column had a lot of addresses that had commas in them, so anything after a comma would go into the next column. I’ve amended the spreadsheet to that there shouldn’t be any more commas affecting the structure of the csv. However I’ve tried to submit the csv but it still hasn’t worked and it is still showing the same errors as before. I’ve attached the amended spreadsheet.

Also, I’ve bought the Multilocations plugin and installed it on the site as there are multiple locations for the listings, do I need to do any configuration for it for the export to work? I’ve checked https://wpgeodirectory.com/docs/core-export/#mandatory again and it looks like all the mandatory fields have data, and that there are no commas so data isn’t going into other columns but the import is still showing the same errors.

    Many Thanks,
    Andrew
