Sorry for my ignorance how do i find out what post type it is processing?
Another Item failed 2hrs in to the process
chromes console reported > net::ERR_EMPTY_RESPONSE
OK i can also see those processes running correctly it seems to be only the first process that is not running but the others continue to work after the error message has been closed
I’ve whitelisted your IP Giri. Thanks
Sorry Giri the security plugin has had a habit of blocking legitimate users lately and it doesn’t have a whitelist feature so ive upgraded to a plugin that does have such a feature. you shouldn’t have any troubles logging in now, fingers crossed. thank you
Thanks. I was trying to avoid listing every element in css but it seems like it might be the only option. thanks again for all your help 🙂
simply says error. chrome console says there is a 500 error loading https://poi-australia.com.au/wp-admin/admin-ajax.php. Is the server maybe blocking access to this file??
Thanks but i am still getting the same error.
Before the update there were paragraph spaces if you like between the different components, it just read a little better.
eg.
address: 123 fake st
Fake Town
(5px gap)
Get Directions
(5px gap)
Pet Friendly
(5px gap)
etc.Not bunched up without gaps
address: 123 fake st
Fake Town
Get Directions
Pet Friendly
etc.Does that make sense? Thank You
This reply has been marked as private.Yeah sorry Giri we have recently upgraded to a larger dedicated server and the mysql is causing us all sorts of issues. The hosting company say that database queries are getting caught in the sending state, building up and bogging down the CPU but they are stumped as to what could be causing it. If you have any leads we could possibly look into to narrow down what is the cause of the problem it would be much appreciated. Thank you
Thanks Giri
OK thank you Stiofan
No unfortunately it hasn’t helped.
we have recently upgraded to a faster dedicated server and are experiencing issues with the MYSQL database, the hosting company say that database queries are getting caught in the sending state and bogging down the CPU but they are stumped as to what could be causing it. Could this be related? do you have any ideas as to what could be causing these issues? they have contemplated upgrading to MariaDB, do you think that could help?
Thanks again your support team is excellent
Is this not the memory limit you are referring to?? (see Image)
it was set at 256MB and i changed it to 2048MB. or does it just take time to finalise settings?
