Hey i’m trying to setup the franchises to be claimable by different branches etc. i have read the documentation on it it said that you should leave business owner/associate unlocked which i have done but when i log in with a different account the franchise claims to an owner verified listing and has no claim option… also when i edit it using the main account the field for business owner/associate does not appear. am i doing something wrong or is it a bug?

Another question: if the franchise is claimed does paying for it remain the responsibility of creator of the main listing or the user who claims it??

Hey, so the original database problem of categories not showing up when the map when locked to location has popped up again. I have only stumbled across one category that isn’t showing up…

the category is Holiday Let and all its sub categories. (it is part of the accommodation CPT)

All the login credentials should be the same as in previous replies if you wouldn’t mind taking a look??

Ok after digging deep it sounds like this has been a problem for years that both yoast and buddypress refuse to deal with…

Hey, not sure if this is related to the database issues we were having but for some reason my event listings are not loading on detail page… It loads the heading and not much else

example: https://poi-australia.com.au/community-events/australia/northern-territory-1/ghan/demo-community-event-poi-australia/

Events load in back end of wordpress and excerpts work on the map and in lists / search results.

the attached image shows errors in google chrome console.

Found the montserrat font!! it was a content timeline plugin i have… changed it to https:// and all good

If anyone needs to search their files or plugins to find something specific i highly recommend the plugin String Locator
