Permissions for the htaccess file are set to 644
In the htaccess file i found only this:
# BEGIN WordPress
<IfModule mod_rewrite.c>
RewriteEngine On
RewriteBase /
RewriteRule ^index.php$ – [L]
RewriteCond %{REQUEST_FILENAME} !-f
RewriteCond %{REQUEST_FILENAME} !-d
RewriteRule . /index.php [L]
</IfModule># END WordPress
Is there any problem with this?
Bump….
I tried something but i was not successful :(.
This reply has been marked as private.Ah i used the plugin widget logic for it. So its solved.
I figured it out… i am using a widget + a plugin which lets me edit the widget for every listing…
The first step is clear to me, but could you be a little bit more specific with the second step? Where should I add that php snippet?
Basically i would like to have it to show up somewhere in the detail of the listing (doesnt matter where).
Edit – ah, i havent seen the last sentence. So yeah, basically i would like it in in the detailed listing at the end of the profile.
Hi Paolo,
thanks again for the absolutely superb support.
I will add this shortcode manually to various listings and it will be always another shortcode (for every listing i need another calendar, so the ID parameter will change), but it would good if it would be visible only in the backend and not in the frontend. Basically that i can go to the backend and add that shortcode to those listing i want to (only to hotels that will pay for this availability calendar). If thats not possible, then we can do it some other way.
Thanks!
I have found another solution – i just use the default region option (so its not shown in the add listing etc.) + i have hidden the alert pop up window when i try to select a city outside that region. The unofficial region will be added then either via tag or dropdown menu.
But please check the first problem in my last message – somehow i cant use the “near” search? When i enter a city i dont get any results 🙁
Many thanks Simone! 🙂 I have a second question, maybe i should create another thread for it, but maybe it has to do something with the same problem…
If i try to find something using the field “Near” (on the homepage, just on the bottom of the map) and i try to enter any city, even that one where are some listings, i dont get any results 🙁 . Its like it cant find anything in the proximity of the city or something. How can we fix that?
Second and last question – can i somehow disable the region altogether? I want to use the directory only in one country and the official regions that are displayed on google maps arent that commonly used there. We have some smaller regions which google maps doesnt recognize. So either i should be able to define the regions by myself (a fixed list of them) without any connection to the map (because google maps doesnt know the borders of those regions) and i would just select them manually on every listing from a drop down menu or the second option – can i somehow skip the region altogether? I found an option “Enable default region (region drop-down will not appear on add listing and location switcher).” but this doesnt help – i cant add any city from some other region then. The first option would be better…
Thanks! If we can get this fixed i will be really happy!
