it will be necessary the Geodir Compat Pack Genesis plugin with Geo1280 and Geobold themes?

Yes, happens the same bug you comment.

About the paid bit, my listings shows PAID both type and status.

The default status is Publish.

Anyways, the important issue is: THE PAYMENT WAS NOT COMPLETED.

The listing should not even be created, isnt is?

And the payment status obviously shouldnt be PAID
