    Hi Paolo & Stiofan,

After removing the tracking code from your plugin, numbers are back to normal…
    See attached file..

    So something went wrong.

    Cheers, Jan

    Hi Paolo,

    Thx for the answer.

Perhaps because now the google analytics code is twice on my website it is counting every view double?

    – With the Google Analytics PLugin by Yoast
    – Code in your function for Google Analytics

Hope to hear from you soon.

    Cheers, Jan

    Hi Paolo,

    Sorry I wasn’t clear enough…

As you can see on the attached imagescreen I have had an enourmous (almost double) increase in pageviews from the day I installed the Google Aanalytuics feature.
Also on that day my bouncerate dropped (second orange arrow).

So I thought the Google Analytics code within WP Geodir had something to do with it….

    Cheers, Jan

    Hi Paolo,

    As I mentioned before:
    1) I did put the css code that Simone mentioned in an earlier reply in the style.css
    2) I did put your code into the functions.php

Then you mentioned “Let us know”
I think that was a question like: “please let us know if this works”

    So I did…
    And both solutions didn’t work…

Now I’m a bit disappointed that you are mentioning “However, you can’t expect us to write the custom code from A to Z esepcially from you, because this is not part of support.”

That is not something I’m used to hear from a paid support team.
I do understand that you can’t customize a lot of details for all the questions en support items asked.
But s small question like this from a newby who needs just a little bit of more help….?

Anyway, I’ll try it another way and will ask somebody on another support form….

But thanks for your time to answer me.
    Cheers and all the best!

    Hi Paolo,

I changed it into location, but something strange happens.

When you go to http://www.amsterdamtourist.info/location everything is fine.
Expect when you give your ok for your location, then a redirect appears and the browser goes to a booking.com page of the Meininger Hotel in Amsterdam… This only happens the first time..
(I have a booking.com affiliate plugin working on my site)

    Any idea?

    Cheers, Jan

    Hi Guus,

Thanks, I knew that one, but not something I want… 🙁
On the other listings/CPT’s/Categories that business owners can/may claim I want that text to be shown…

    Hi Guus,

    Thx. I didn’t think of that one….
That is a good work around and I think I will go for that option….

Only one thing: when I claim the listing by myself as an admin in the backend, it shows up in the front-end as “Owner Verified Listing”.
    Can I change this?

    Cheers, Jan

    Hi Guus,

Thx for the solution, but I think it won’t work.
With this option I can’t choose Museums or Attractions as a category in the back-end as an admin well 😉
I have tried it and in the backend you can only choose the allowed / not excluded categories…..

But that should be a very good and simple solution (when it works)

    Cheers, Jan

    Hi Guus & Simone!

@Guus: I’m looking for an option to disable the possibility that frond-end users are able to enlist new listings in only one or two categories in a certain CPT. Only admins can use that categorie in the back-end.
All other categories in that CPT are fine that frond-end users can use them…

@Simone: I’m sorry. I didn’t try that one yet. I’m too busy with (too) many things and even forgot I asked that earlier. I responded in that topic (I didn;t succeed)..

    Cheers, Jan
