there is not a built in option or addon for changing the layout of the detail page based on the price package, it would be a customization requiring developer skills.
I have flagged your question for the developers to see if there is a way to add another item to the cart with a listing.

The integration with GD is built into the core of UsersWP.
Right now there isn’t a setting to display the username on the detail page.
Please share a link to the page and we can check on that. You can also include WP Admin credentials in case we need to check the settings.
This sounds like something for UsersWP, though, but it might be an issue with a GD theme, so, certainly we can give it a look-see.

thanks for reporting that. I can’t recreate it on my test site by adding a neighborhood.
Could you share WP Admin credentials so we can check your settings? There might be a different setting on your site that we need to recreate the issue.
And, were you trying to add a neighborhood?

I created a page called GD Home
and set that for “GD Home” in the GD Permalinks.Prior to that, GD Home was set to Location, and that would have been causing you some problems.
Check now and let us know.

Are you trying to link Events, and left the following setting unset?
GD > Event Settings > Any linking Author and tick Allow linking to any post not just users own posts?
If not, please reply with site and login details using a private reply and we will check your settings.
Make sure all your plugins are up to date, too.
