It looks like the rating image is missing.
Try adding it again at:
GeoDirectory – Multiratings – Overall rating – Overall rating image

Yes, with login we can check the settings.
FOr CSS, it is also highly recommended to disable all cache on the site while you are working on CSS changes so they can be seen to take effect.
