Hello,
yes, we can check.
A couple of things, though.
Can you share a link to one of the listings that is not behaving?
And please describe how the listing was added. Through the frontend? Recurring? Payment made through a gateway?
Write back with WP Admin credentials in a private reply along with login URL so we can check the settings.
In all cases you can use an independant GD Post Address element. When the address is shown using the “Show in what locations” options in the custom fields it is displayed with default settings. Remove all options from the Custom Fields “Show in what locations” and place a GD Post Address element in the various places.
For the Archive item, edit the GD Archive item template and place a GD Post Address element there.
Use the ‘Template’ option in the advanced settings to display as you want.
Regions and cities should only be in one language. You can set that language by changing the language of the Maps API in the general settings.
I would point out that the template pages should be created in the main language of the site and the settings for the GD Pages should then be executed in that main language. Translations of the pages will be identified automatically and do not need to be set in other secondary languages. So, if the site is in Bulgarian, then, fill the settings at GD – Settings – Pages in Bulgarian. Other languages for that set of settings will not have an effect. All other languages will be identified as pages linked from the GD template pages as translations.
Have you already duplicated your listings into the other languages?
Please share links to the pages where you are seeing the issue.
The search for “bradford” as just text is being sent to Google and comes back with the lat lon in the URL above. A query is sent to the DB then for the search radius around that point, and all results are then ordered by distance. On the page the first profile is listed as having a distance less than others in the list.
This reply has been marked as private.1. A separate package is required for each
2. If you mean Custom Post Types, packages are specific to each CPT. So, an annual package for one CPT does not apply to another CPT.GD Categories always uses the same layout and changing it requires either extensive custom CSS or customization of the widget itself.
There is an option to use the default category image. If you are comfortable with CSS it may be possible to get that looking the way you want.
January 15, 2020 at 5:52 am in reply to: Recurring event custom dates calendar not displaying #525651Hello,
yes, you should see something like the attached with that setting in place.
You can try a conflict test, disabling non-GD addons to identify which plugin might be causing that.
If we need to check please consider setting up a staging site where we can disable plugins and themes to troubleshoot the issue.
We plan to add a solution for that later and don’t have any particular recommendation.
Have you tried clearing cache? I am not seeing the class there. You can also try removing alignment=”left”
Try changing the color for the featured badge to make sure you are seeing the latest version.
If we need to check the settings please share WP Admin credentials in a private reply along with login URL.
January 15, 2020 at 5:41 am in reply to: Feature area background images not displayed after importing CSV #525648Hello,
make sure you have not disabled that feature. The setting is at
GD – Settings – Design – Details – Disable theme featured image functionality (UNCHECK)
If that isn’t the issue please share WP Admin credentials and site URL so we can check the settings.
Hello,
we can take a look if you will share a URL. Use a private reply if you like.
January 15, 2020 at 5:19 am in reply to: Is it possible to add a "Go Back" button to single locations? #525642Unfortunately that isn’t available right now but I have taken it up as a suggestion.
For now it would require a customization. A quick search revealed this is relatively easy to do with a snippet:
https://www.google.com/search?q=wordpress+go+back+shortcode&oq=wordpress+go+back+shortcodeI checked for 4 and there is no recaptcha field. The field has to be added to the form.
GD uses custom tables, so it may not work with that plugin. We don’t have an integration with it, yet.
If you make an integration let us know.
