I have the same problem. I created an account and bought an annual subscription yesterday.
It’s been more than 24hours and after multiple attempts to verify the PayPal email address, the email won’t even be sent there.
The account I bought the subscription for is under the username “bynatasha”.
I had to create a new account in order to be able to post here.
I have also sent an email through your “Contact Us” page, but haven’t received a reply.
Please activate my account. I need to deliver a project in about 24 hours and I am stuck!
