Hi again, now I figured out why the GeoDirectory Plugin did not appear in my plugin list: It is possible to rename it by changing my geodirectory-de_DE.po-file! I just deleted my german word from all Lines where GeoDirectory used to be translated. This seems to effect also the loading of the plugin page – now it is as quickly as it should be 🙂
If that was really the reason you should take out the plugin name from the po-files.
But the initial error remains: The checkout gets redirected to homepage…Hi Paolo, my hoster is 1&1 so nothing not trustful.I have just seen that the actual db is running under mysql 5.5, all my other systems are running under 5.1, The actual db can be reached without any delays via phpmyadmin. When refreshing the page several times it is always possible to load the plugin page. The frontend never had any timeouts so that can hardly be the point for the redirect, I would guess. The redirect comes straight away, no delay of up to a minute.
This reply has been marked as private.I have got now 1GB RAM – but this does not help regarding my errors on the plugin-page.
But please do not forget my error of origin: the 302 error on my checkout. that used to work few weeks ago and I have no idea what made the differnce.
thanks – it works! Perfect!
Hi all, ok, though I didn’t find the mentioned requirements on wordpress.org, I assume that my about 1000 entries need 1GB RAM. Your plugin is really fabulous so I am right now upgrading my package which will take up to 5 hours – I’ll keep you informed!
Hi Paolo, yes, but I am not sure by what this db-delay and time out came from. PLease try again, it will show up after a while.
sorry, now it does.
sorry, now it does.
This reply has been marked as private.I have an idea: If the users are blocked by configuration not to see the WP backend but want to call this ajax script: Is it possible that the user gets also blocked from the ajax script as this is saved under ../wp-admin/..?
This reply has been marked as private.sounds a bit as a workaround but ok – it works anyway! Better than an entire child theme 😉
Thanks for the Express-help!!Hi Guust,
1st point is resolved, 2nd still not:
Yes, I have changed both instances as far as I can see:
– Select option
– Select OptionBoth have the same translation in german and other translations from this file are used on the page which means that the mo-file is correctly placed in the directory. Any ideas what to do??
Hi Paolo & Guust,
I have just created a completely new export and copied my new lines from excel into this new csv-file in open office. That help, the new lines got imported! 🙂
Thanks for your quick help – though my case remains wired.
