I got it to work after reentering VAT Number.
Please note Vies shows VAT Number format as GB 123456789 not GB123456789.

Hi,
I changed the name of the original folder for GD Payments Manager plugin.
I have succesfully installed GD Payments Manager V2+ and Invoicing plugins.
I am afraid I can’t find Invoicing>Settings>Tools.
Please could you advise.

I deactivated the payment manager plugin and tried to install Payment Manager V2 and got the attached error message.

I checked with Inbound Now. Themes are the general problem apparently.
Needless to say I wont be using this plugin.
I am looking at developing a ‘landing page’ within GD, whicj you recommended in another forum message.

I have read other similar questions asked and answered with a more helpful response. All I asked for was for GD to take a quick look and provide me with a simple yes/no answer. Like this:

I only ask such questions when I have exhausted all other avenues.
I don’t think my question is unreasonable and would appreciate someone taking a quick look.
