I understand what you’re saying but … I don’t understand why the main place images are being used as map markers. The Geo Directory plugin says we can use multiple images and so the images are logos and product images… why are those being used as map markers??
Is there a setting somewhere where I can change from where the markers are gotten? Or how are the markers and place images kept separate– where is each type set??
ok so since the plugin is not able to do something VERY basic, how about you tell me what that code is for adding the info to the main page area? I’m having to custom template pretty much every page of the site anyway. THANKS
nevermind, I see now I had the wrong homepage selected in both places.
Um I did that already, as mentioned in my post, even changing it that way the map is broken.

This reply has been marked as private.This reply has been marked as private.and now, even changing the front page to the directory page doesn’t make the directory work again. This is set in the Settings > Reading area, and GeoDirectory > Permalinks section. Is there some other place this needs to be set for the directory to work? (it was working before I made the homepage a different page while we were still populating the directory. Now we’ve got several Places entered, but I can’t get it to work even with those settings changed back to what they were)
