Thanks Paolo, your solution worked fine. As for renewing old subscription – I’ve tried to do that but my old subscription was 4 months long and I was unable to select that option for renewal again. I was only offered the 12 months option for renewal, and couldn’t find a way to change it. Yes I know, but those changes do not persist through updates, forcing me to to make manual changes every time I update that plugin. https://wpgeodirectory.com/loading-wordpress-language-files-correctly/ September 24, 2015 at 10:56 pm in reply to: Google map controls hidden behind category filter #54453Ok, thanks. 🙂 Should I delete the entire column or just keep it in .csv but with empty fields? 🙂 So the best thing would be to wait until update is released, delete all places & events and then import them again? In any case, thanks for your help. Great support guys. 🙂 This reply has been marked as private. This reply has been marked as private.Hi, I’ve edited the post above but you were quicker. 🙂 – I’ve solved the images issue. They’ve got deleted when I deleted some events and tried to import them again. As far as I can see it exports the full URL, but then just disregards it and takes only the filename part and writes it in the database and assumes the current year/month in uploads folder (where we are instructed to copy all images). Concerning special characters – it’s probably encoding bug when opening .csv file for reading. Best regards. Hi, I see, that makes sense. Thanks for your answer. Best regards. Hi Guust, I’ve solved the images issue. They’ve got delete when I deleted some events and tried to import them again. I also have the problem with special characters which are exported correctly (as you can verify in uploaded .csv), but after import most of them are lost. For example: “Université d’été du Kendo” becomes “Université dâété du Kendo”. Best regards. This reply has been marked as private.I’ve submitted it for review. Of course… I was fiddling with that menu before, trying to Add listing to main navigation, and since it didn’t work with this theme I reverted some of the settings to default. Anyway, everything works fine now. Thanks a lot for your help, really appreciate it. 🙂 Hi, I have no idea how that happened. 🙂
I understand now, thanks for clarifying.Yes, add listing for places now works fine ({url}/add-listing/?listing_type=gd_place). However, add listing for events behaves in the same way ({url}/add-listing/?listing_type=gd_event). Any idea how to fix it? You can use the same account as before. Best regards.
