Do you have a service that could set-this up for us?
I put something together. I hope this makes what we are trying to accomplish more clear. Other than the Profession, all of the other sort fields would be custom fields within the place information.
So It really doesn’t look like GeoDirectory can accomplish the filtering the way we want. Unless you have a strategy that can help up accomplish this it looks like i might need to request a refund. I thought the custom sort add-on would have this level of flexibility.
Since we don’t need the map feature and will be importing the address information for each Place, I have disabled the map.
Does this mean that we should just ignore the location aspect of the program and work on setting up a custom filter for states?
I can see using Categories for “Profession” and separating “OT” and “OTA” into their own archives page.
From there tags could be used but we would need a way to group them, ideally a drop down’s with
Program Type: Public, Private/Nonprofit, Private/Profit
Admission Level: Freshmen, Sophomore, Junior, SeniorAnd then the option to filter those results by state.
