Ok thanks Paolo
I think, instead of dropdown better this solution:
https://wordpress.org/plugins/user-tags/
(obviously with non-editable field)Thank you very much Stiofan. Important that it is resolved. At home, without listing you can show city map anyway?
This reply has been marked as private.Ciao Stiofan, yes I have skype but my problem is English (for writing use google). I am not able to hold a conversation with you. I can talk freely with Simone or Paolo if you want. Let me know.
This reply has been marked as private.ok Paolo, I leave extra-plugin disabled until a solution
thanks
This reply has been marked as private.I’m sorry Guust but it makes no sense. Term “Italia” sets from google not me! These my steps:
1 First of all, change language map in GD / Design (see picture)
2 when I add the map, I put ONLY the name of the city (see picture)
3 When I click Set Address google fills alone region and state in Italian language. (see picture)
4 When you added Brisbane, Google has set Australia in Italian language. (see picture)Or all in Italian, or all in English!
ps: But in your test server, did try setting map in Italian language?
There is no GD translation file that has Italy in it.
It has to be one of your translation pluginsIn fact it is the ONLY file that translated
I have been able to add Brindisi from the front end, which makes me think that it is the Native Dashboard plugin, which interferes with GD and the Google API in your WP admin
when Paolo and Simone have done tests, all plugins were disabled. And anyway, if I load the OLD VERSION, it works
Remove the it_IT.mo file from wp-content/languages folder and see whether that fixes it. I think that is the file that is tripping you up
ok removed
I noticed it too. But I just changed the language map in GD/Design and translated file.po. Anything else…
Ok thanks Simone. Meanwhile, on a new server to add maps in MultiLocation, I loaded old version of GD + all addon (including your plugin). I created maps without problem. Obviously, after making new updates, does not save more…
ciao
Hi, have tried to hide class with css?
display: none;
Grazie Simone, I tried it too. However, on another domain I have single WP installation (no multisite) and I have the same problem.
ps: forza italia ok, ma questo mundial fatto pena! 😮
ciao
Hi, for me it is a good idea to avoid creating too many tags and force user to use only these. Try to integrate the Simple Tags plugin. Ideal solution is that tags are assigned to categories chosen by user, to show different groups in the Add Listing page.
I hope I have understood my bad english :-O
