I get this on any page when I try to add an event with a link to an image which is hosted on an external server.
I am getting this error, I presume with the image upload?
Array ( [errors] => Array ( [import_file_error] => Array ( [0] => Remote file is incorrect size ) ) [error_data] => Array ( ) )
Thanks Kiran,
Could you tell me the date format $schema[‘event_start’] and event end take, or do they do a str to time and convert?
Thanks Kiran,
That’s the one I was looking for.
I have all the fields mapped out, but could you explain how the event start/ end date is set and the format you take?
Cheers
Oh nuts, thanks Stiofan, but it was about a minute too late! I only had the developer booked in for today so I just went ahead and purchased the add-on again before I saw your reply, just so he could get on with working on it.
Would it be possible to request a refund for the single add-on purchase?
Thanks, I can see the add-ons, i just can’t download Events. It seems that the attempted single plugin purchase (after I’d bought the subscription) has over-ridden the membership, as now there’s just a ‘Payment status is Pending’ message where the zip file download link should be.
Looking at it again, it might be because a single purchase of the events add-on was accidentally added to the basket but not completed, so the status of ‘uncompleted purchase’ seems to have over-ridden the subscription purchase.
Is there a way that you can fix this so I can download it without paying again?
