I tried a test listing (Test6) with Paypal using the exact settings Guust put in (as were seen in the last pic I sent in this thread). I never touched a thing! I received an error message from Paypal when trying to check out. See pic 1. So checkout never occurred & no payment received. However, I also received an email saying my listing Test6 was PUBLISHED! It of course, isn’t published but it is in DRAFT.
Next, I tried test listing (Test7) for Stripe. I created another webhook (now I realize the last one said test…my bad…and the webhook it created is simply my URL (See pic 2). The payment went through and can be seen in my Stripe account. However, the listing is still in DRAFT (See Pic 3).
Keep in mind that I am testing in LIVE mode, not test mode. I created a test Price package of $1.00/day for 3 days, simply so I don’t lose a lot of money in fees testing in live mode…and so I only have to wait a day to see if the recurring payments are working.
I was planning on launching my Site no later than Aug 1st. so I hope we can get things working by then.
Also, any updates on this issue with the Jpeg files?

It is very much appreciated.Kris

Long titles crash & intermingle with breadcrumbs. ICKJuly 27, 2015 at 9:33 pm in reply to: Overwrite Enfold theme title to GD title: Minor coding? #47126Oops, ignore those last 3 photos…I was unable to edit them out. Ugh, and the photo titles changed on me. Sorry for the mess.
Another problem with adding the theme-title is I get a title on all pages, like my home page. (See pic). Yuk!
Enfold’s titles aren’t connected to any posts…they are sort of separated at the top, close to the menu and aren’t prominent & that’s why I didn’t use them. I did just find code to increase the size, but it’s still ultra-fugly.
(sigh)…I was almost certain I had post titles that were connected to the detailed listings…perhaps I’m just a helluva dreamer! 🙂
I’ll post something in the jobs forum to see if someone can write some code (or some magic) and retrieve the default post titles for me. I’ve been reading about some fixes in the Enfold forums, but I sure as heck don’t fully understand how to implement them myself at this point.
Thanks again for everything.
KrisYes, thank you, Paolo, I understand that that setting was and is turned off.
I truly appreciate your time,
Thanks,
KrisHi Paolo,
Thanks for your reply. You’re right, I do have Enfold.
I never messed with that setting (always had it disabled) because it created a second title in addition to the GD title on the detailed listing page. It also added a smaller title above the search bar which is wonky (See pic 1). Not where the originally was…as in your GD demo (pic 2).I undid & redid virtually every activity & change that I messed with in the last couple of days and nothing seems to bring the title back above the photo slider. My detailed activities were:
changed font colors, added CSS for Price Table fix (as per support) in Enfold quick css + added CSS to fix business hours (from Jeff), redid footer widgets, added WooCommerce, deleted all dummy listings & images, added new sample listings from front end, added customized search by category, filled in Yoast SEO on pages, created and added coupon templates, added gallery page, fixed sidebars on 2 pages, added a jillion categories, added SSL (per host). Oh, and WP updated itself. That’s probably too much info, but as I said, I undid/redid everything to check if something was conflicting. I’m 97% positive that I remember titles being there before I deleted the dummy listings.
Thanks again,
KrisThis reply has been marked as private.Aha! Yay! That was easy! Thank you so much, Guust!!
Thank you, Guust! That hid it just fine and it looks like the links from my pricing table are correct.
One more related question if you don’t mind.
Is there a way to rid of the “Add Listing” section in the Login Dashboard widget because I don’t want people to use that button, although I do like the dashboard. I do want to keep the My Favorites and My Listing sections.
If there is no fix for that, is there a way I can do away with the dashboard and create links to My Favorites and My Listings and place them in the top menu? It seems the links are author-based depending on who is logged in, so I have no idea how to create links for those.
Thank you again!!
KrisThanks!
Nevermind! Resolved. That is unless you fixed it while I was messing around, then Thank you so much!!
Another quick question though. When I go to my “add listing” page, at the top are the radio buttons with price packages. Is there any way to get rid of that, or better yet, only have it show the package they chose based on the unique package link in the pricing table? The correct radio button is selected based on the package you choose in the pricing table, so that’s cool.
I have a free full-listing price package for folks who win contests…I don’t want that showing as everyone will want to choose that one! LOL.
See pic.
Thanks! 🙂 -
