So I figure, before going any further may has well make sure I have the latest update of all my GeoDirectory Plugins and my GeoDirectory Framework.

Yeah, I finally found it, it was a bad listing, went thru all 300 one by one. There was a funny entry in the custom fields, and it just wouldn’t delete, so I just deleted the listing. And changed it up slightly, so weird. But thanks for all the help.
